Pantone has announced its Color of the Year for 2022. Created for the occasion – a first in Pantone’s Color of the Year tradition – Pantone 17-3938 Very Peri is said to encourage personal inventiveness and creativity and has been selected in a bid to help us ‘embrace this altered landscape of new possibilities’.
As we emerge from an intense period of isolation, Pantene says, our physical and digital lives have merged. Very Peri is illustrative of modern life and the rising artistic community in the digital space and rising popularity of gaming.
